Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Service

We provide a SaaS platform ("Flowi" or "flowi.video") utilizing Google Cloud, Firebase for data management, and Anthropic's Claude AI models for processing. By creating an account or using the service in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

2.1 Billing

Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.

2.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

2.3 Termination & Access

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access to paid features remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.

3. Credit System

Flowi operates on a credit-based system to ensure fair usage and sustainable service delivery. By using the service, you agree to the following credit terms:

• Every animation creation — including generating a new animation from a text prompt — consumes credits from your account balance.
• Every edit, modification, or prompt-based change to an existing animation also consumes credits.
• Credits are consumed at the time the AI processes your request, regardless of whether you download, export, or keep the resulting output.
• Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no monetary value.
• Flowi reserves the right to limit the daily rate at which credits may be used.
• Flowi may adjust how credits are calculated, allocated, or deducted as the service evolves.
• Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless explicitly stated in your plan.

4. AI Services, Models & Smart Routing

4.1 AI Model Usage

Flowi uses artificial intelligence to generate, render, and edit motion graphics. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Flowi reserves the right to use any AI model, method, algorithm, or rendering engine to process your requests.
• Flowi operates a Smart Routing System that may automatically assign different AI models or rendering pipelines to different types of requests.
• You have no entitlement to any specific AI model or provider.
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended results.
• Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.

4.2 Processing Time & Technical Limitations

Due to the computationally intensive nature of AI-driven video rendering, processing and model response times may vary significantly.

5. Usage Policy & Prohibited Uses

5.1 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content you input into Flowi, including text prompts, uploaded files, CSV data, brand assets, images, and reference videos.

5.2 Prohibited Inputs & Outputs

You may not use Flowi to generate, process, or distribute content that:

• Constitutes or facilitates Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors.
• Creates deepfakes or synthetic media designed to impersonate or deceive.
• Infringes the intellectual property or rights of any third party.
• Promotes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or violence.
• Constitutes financial misinformation or fabricated data visualizations presented as factual.
• Facilitates illegal activities, fraud, or phishing.
• Violates privacy rights.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer the underlying AI models or proprietary technology.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Inputs — You retain all right, title, and interest in the content you submit as inputs.

6.2 Your Outputs — Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Flowi assigns to you all right, title, and interest in the rendered animation outputs.

6.3 Flowi's License — You grant Flowi a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to deliver the service.

7. Watermarks & Free Tier

The free tier produces output videos with a visible Flowi watermark. Removing or obscuring the watermark without an active paid subscription constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

Flowi relies on third-party infrastructure providers, AI model providers, payment processors, and integration partners. Flowi is not liable for outages, data loss, or service disruptions caused by any third-party provider.

9. Beta, Early Access & Animation Rendering

Flowi is currently in beta. During the beta period, the service is provided "as-is" without SLA guarantees on uptime, render success rate, or feature availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

As an individual provider operating under German law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to any claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
